Jack

This is our buddy Jack. His human, Ann lives in the neighborhood and often comes by with Jack on their weekend outings. On days like this, I can’t help but feel for poor Jack in that thick fur coat (and this is after a trim, no less!).

The weather here in New York, and across most of the Midwest and Northeast has reached record-breaking temps in the past few days (104 at Central Park on Friday!!). While the weather reports are full of advice on how to keep cool in the dangerous heat, we don’t want to forget about our four-legged friends in fur coats! We’ve got some great products in the shop for taking care of your dog on those days at the park or beach. We have been patiently waiting for this new product for months… CHARM BRACELET SHRINKY DINKS fun pack!! Remember Shrinky Dinks? Those plastic sheets you draw/color on, then put in the oven and they shrink to 1/3 of their original size and nine times thicker?! FUN Pet Toys!

We got some FUN pet toys in this week- first up is this funny mustache fetch toy for your favorite pooch.  The Humunga-stache is a shiny black toy with a ball on one end, and a giant cartoon mustache on the other. Dogs naturally pick up the ball…which leaves the outrageously funny mustache sticking out! Dogs also love to hold the ball in their mouth, and shake the mustache back and forth! Ha! Love it. $14.
